Phase Electronics strives to be a leader in quality. Our policy is continuous improvement through customer satisfaction. 100% of our assemblies are inspected by hand or automated optical inspection (AOI) machines to verify a quality assembly.
All of our employees that come in contact with assemblies are IPC and J-STD trained. All of our assemblies are processed to IPC-A-610 class 2 requirements. Class 3 is available, please contact us for more details.

Through customer direction, we provide a direct line to manufacturing. As the build progresses, any issues are communicated in real time to ensure a quality product is delivered on time and to the customers exact specifications. Any problems, modifications, or change orders are handled promptly and communicated effectively thereby minimizing “red tape” and costly project delays. We offer our customers a direct line to the manufacturing floor.
